Allergies + Dietary Restrictions

Before ordering, please review the notes below with regards to your specific dietary restriction.
When ordering, let our team know about your concern. We will put a ‘note’ in for the kitchen. Please understand—that note does not indicate any additional precautions on our part. It’s simply due diligence and awareness for our kitchen staff. We take these things seriously!
Generally speaking, cross contamination is always a slight concern. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee a 100% allergen-free experience.
PEANUTS
We do not have any peanuts in the building. Nor are peanuts on any ingredient list of prepared products that we use.
However, we do carry some specialty prepared products. Those products are made in facilities outside of our control. So, secondary cross-contamination is always a possibility. While the chances are slight, there isn’t a way for us to 100% guarantee safety.
TREE NUTS
Tree nuts are not an ingredient in any current FOOD menu item. We occasionally have specials with Tree nuts, so please ask at the counter about those.
We do have some tree nut products in our cocktail and dessert programs including orgeat, almond extract, and Nutella.
GLUTEN

SOY
Soy is ALL AROUND at SaugaTaco! The following menu items contain sesame:
All fryer items. We fry in local soybean oil. (from Zealand!)
